28th Amendment

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The 1st, amendment to the constitution shall be revised/ modified as follows:
The establishment of any religion or name thereof, shall not contain the noun “God”.
The freedom of speech, afforded to anyone, may contain all of any words or language(s) except if it will cause damage, physical, monetary or personal injury to an individual(s) not related to an infringement upon other parties.
The freedom of the press, ether in print form or in an electronic broadcast, shall be limited to the facts. The use of adjectives, of people, shall be restricted to arrest prejudice.
